Company's history

1993 - establishment of "Baltic Group"

1998 - establishment of "Afaya", the first subsidiary (focused on trading pigments and raw materials for production of coating materials)

2000 - opening of "Nevskiye Ingredienty", a Moscow branch (later, the name was changed to "Baltic Group-MF")

2003 – celebration of Company's first anniversary in the Governmental Residence K-2

2007 - launch of own warehouses complex in Vsevolozhsk (Leningrad Region)

2008 - Restructuring of the Company. Establishment of BG Holding

2013 - celebration of Company's 20th anniversary in the Atrium of Peter and Paul Fortress

2016 – opening of a regional representative office of the Company in the Southern Federal District (Krasnodar)

2017 - «BG-Chemicals» , a branch subdivision, developed to an independent company, «Baltic Green»

2019 – Restructuring of the Company (creation of departments focusing on specific key sectors)
